Obligation to Provide Personal Data
Providing data marked as required (e.g., for account creation, delivery or billing) is a contractual or legal requirement. Without this information, we cannot provide our products.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.
How Long We Keep Data
Depending on the legal ground based on which we process your personal data, the storage period of personal data may be different.
In case there is no legal ground to continue storing your personal data, your information will be fully anonymized or deleted.
Contractual data: For the duration of our customer relationship (the existence of your account), plus any subsequent statutory retention periods required by law.
Legal obligation data: As mandated by German commercial and tax law.
Legitimate interest data: As long as necessary for the stated purpose.
Consent-based data: Until you withdraw your consent or request to delete your user account.
As an exception, the data can be stored for a longer period of time for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

We share data only when necessary. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment Security Note: All card payments are processed directly by certified third-party processors. We do not access or store your full card details.

Data Transfer to Other Countries
We primarily process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Payment data is transferred to Stripe, Inc. in the United States. We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOMs), including transport encryption and access controls, to protect your data.
